What I have come to know, we all want to feel good, look good, and be comfortable in our own skin.  We have lived our lives doing “mostly’ the same things. Life is busy and scary at the same time.  Too busy to tend to our own needs and too scary to take a leap forward in making positive changes.  

I personally have had all those struggles but boy when you get to the other side you can truly find your happy.  Yes, life still does happen but with proper coaching new habits form and the gates open for a new journey forward.

The key here is forming new habits. Research shows that is takes 21 days to form a new habit.  As the new habits are created you will look back and say “ why was I doing that before?”  

We often focus on the results and find ourselves frustrated.  If we focus on the change this is where the results happens.
